'A lovely family run hotel with attention to detail and great service. Great location, with a super pool (great for kids). Beautiful views across the hillsides. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Friday night BBQ and live music was a lovely experience. We visited a local Thai restaurant on Friday evening, as recommended by the hotel - they weren’t wrong. It was really tasty and the service excellent. All in all would highly recommend and would love to return to Hotel L’Abbaye!'

'Charming and very comfortable place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff - my wife is coeliac and they ensured there were options for her at breakfast. The breakfast itself was very good quality. Strawberries and biscuits in the room on arrival were a nice touch. Parking was arranged with the hotel before arrival and worked well in the covered car park which was only around 5 Minute walk. 'Rustig gelegen hotel net buiten het stadje Eyzies, dat op wandelafstand bereikbaar is. Prima restaurant met een beperkte kaart maar met topgerechten die in een sterren restaurant niet zouden misstaan.'

'Kamers in het kasteel en in de bijgebouwen. Wij hadden een kamer van 2 in een bijgebouw. (In de bijgebouwen kun je ook gites huren). Kamer sober, klein, maar alles was aanwezig. WiFi matig. Uitstekend ontbijt 14€, maar de moeite waard. Bij goed weer op het terras van het kasteel met mooi uitzicht. Kasteeltuinen perfect onderhouden. 2 buitenzwembaden. Op enkele honderden meters van Beynac centrum.'
