« Le lit était très confortable et très grand même pour 2 personnes. Salle de bain un peu petite néanmoins, la baignoire est sympa pour prendre des bains. Super shampoing et après-shampoing aussi. Le café proposé était très bon ! Petit bémol : Les bouteilles d'eau payantes dans la chambre. Autant les enlever ou à défaut, ajouter un mini-bar. »

« The bar closes at 10. The restaurant won't seat you without a "reservation" even though it's half empty. They probably have a staff shortage but won't admit it. Lobby tables left un-bussed. We had to do it ourselves. Room service, vacuums, etc are left in the hall for multiple days, let alone hours. And those nice, clear shower doors? Accumulated soap scum from previous guests. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet, which was the most important. Overall, a disappointing experience. »

« Tres bon emplacement a Portland, possibilité d’être à pied en hyper centre, personnel très efficace, pas de petit déjeuner, mais un excellent café et des cookies frais dans le séjour de l’hôtel le matin ! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Portland. À noter : en restant 2 nuits, pas de service de chambre le deuxième jour, ce qui est un peu dommage..sans changer le linge, vider les poubelles et remettre de l’eau et du café aurait été parfait ! »

« The Bidwell is a nicely furnished, clean, well-located hotel with excellent staff. Areas for improvement: the bed mattress was quite soft and/or in need of replacement (or may be perfect for those who like a softer mattress), wi-fi is free but only with Marriott membership (shouldn't wi-fi simply be a standard feature at a higher end hotel, without a loyalty program?), and the shower curtain rod drooped so the curtain kept sliding open resulting in water on the floor. Overall, our group liked...
