Hôtel près de Parc aquatique Pep's Point Water Park (Hattiesburg)

« I hate to be that person but this has to be said !!!!! First room they gave me — I closed the door after walking in and the drywall was collapsed, opened the night stand drawer and there were drugs (weed and pills) , ketchup packets and just blah , opened the drawer under tv and more drugs (pills) some crushed on a room key and finally I pulled the blanket back on the bed and not really any surprise the sheets had brown stains on them. NO NO NO ! Told them and gave me a different room better but...

« The smoke alarm in 316 was missing which caused us not to get a good nights sleep. I am sure that is against fire code. »

« I loved the suite and furnishings. It was well maintained, modern and clean. Housekeeping was somewhat aggressive and began knocking at 9 am for checkout, which was annoying. If checkout is at 11, then knock on door at 11 if the guest hasn't checked out or made arrangements for a late checkout. Overall, I would book, again, based on the overall experience. »

« The hotel is completely under renovation which we were not informed of when booking. No restaurant open. Our first room was unclean and someone had been laying on the bed. Front desk was helpful getting a new room. Coffee in lobby with no tops for cups. Very unpleasant experience. I typically expect more from Indigo. »

« After we guaranteed our reservation, we arrived to be told that the hotel was sold out and we needed to find another hotel. The clerk was unprofessional clicking her nails and not bothering to look at us. When I asked why were weren't told after guaranteeing our reservation through Expedia we were told that it was our problem not theirs. We were given 4 names of hotels but no help in securing accommodations. Awful customer service. »

« I am actually rather shocked that this place has so many good reviews. The hotel and my room were rather dirty. My room reeked of mold/mildew...the bathroom smelled like pee. The wifi would not pop on and I was to tired to fight with getting it fixed since my room number and last name would not work to get it working with the front desk. « Place was a dump. Rooms were filthy. The door to the room would get stuck halfway and we would have to force it shut. Trash overflowing all over the property. The rooms had smudge marks everywhere and stains all over the carpet. Numerous bugs everywhere. All of the hallways had scraping the entire length of the hallway.
