Breeze Condo - Luxury Stay 2 Blocks from Beach

Breeze Condo at Lumberyard Lofts is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental just a block up from Lake Pepin. Enjoy the upper level master suite with king bed, full bathroom with soaking tub and bonus living room for late night card games. The three other bedrooms offer 1 king and 2 queen beds, and one even has a hidden getaway for kids tucked behind the bed, shhh! Feel free to use the three couches or optional airbeds for additional sleeping options.

The kitchen and living room are modern, comfortable and great for relaxing after a fun filled day at the nearby wineries, restaurants or the Pepin Marina and beach. In addition to the lovely bedrooms and living room, there's a full kitchen if you'd like to cook on site, including a full compliment of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and a full basket of beach towels and bags for you to use during your stay. Outside, enjoy plenty of lounge chairs around a fire pit with a grill provided for your use. There's off-street parking for 4 vehicles, and street parking for more, plus an EV charger (14-50 plug) on the property for your use.

Breeze is a great place to stay for weddings, boating, touristing or working on the go with our provided high-speed wifi. We can accommodate large groups (8 people in beds; air mattresses and couches for more). We have additional vacation rentals in Pepin as well (including in the same building), in case you have a particularly large group and would like to book parallel accommodations.
