'Best place I’ve stayed in Peoria'

'Clean room, nice breakfast, good location'

'Was bummed pool and hot tub were out of service.'

'I read some prior reviews & I was a little hesitant by them but I’m extremely happy that i chose to stay here. Room looks just like the picture, bed was comfortable, had a little loveseat to sit at teat. Refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board. I don’t drink forf but it appeared to be enough for 5-6 pots. Had filled shampoo, conditioner and also lotion dispensers. I’m a non smoker and I have a sensitive nose but I didn’t get any whiff of cigarette smoke in...

'Beautiful place, the room was emmaculent by'

'Very disappointing customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and contacted the hotel for help, but the staff were rude and unwilling to work with me on a date change or another solution. I understand booking policies, but that does not excuse treating a customer poorly. The way this was handled left a bad impression, and I would not book here again. I’m even not going to be using Expedia for any more bookings!'
