'The restaurant was lovely although underused. Staff in all parts of the hotel were both professional and personable. We had a smoke alarm in our room that flashed green all night long but reported to staff when we checked out and they were most apologetic and would look into it which I am sure they did. '

'I booked this hotel for a spring break staycation with my boys. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. When we checked in, we were informed the pool was closed for maintenance. The hot tub was unavailable as well. This was incredibly disappointing!! If I had received a message when I booked saying the pool was unavailable, I would have cancelled and picked somewhere differebt. There were also several hockey teams staying at the same time so it was a bit chaotic as far as noise. Kids will...
