'The breakfast was horrific, the sausages were the colour of flesh. The premade eggs were floppy cardboard, and the hashbrowns although Cook cooked looks like they were cut up mangoes. They had a sign that said the things they were out of, they had one waffle maker. The lineup was out the door of people waiting for it because everything else was so gross to eat. We specifically got a room that had a kitchen, due to dietary restrictions of one person in our family. The oven door didn't stay open,...

'Hotel is very tired. Location was handy to an event we were attending. Room was near the stairwell. Was extremely noisy as was main entrance to back of proper where bulk of parking is and is apparently a fire door and slams shut every time it’s opened. Reception staff was very courteous and friendly.'

'There weren't any amenities at this properties so it's pretty simple, but the rooms were well-Ventilated (had great air-conditioning), clean and quiet…everything you need for a safe nights sleep. The staff were very kind and helpful.'

'We had a great experience at Empire Motel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was very helpful and includes everithing you need, from towels to pots and pans. We really enjoyed the heated pool and took advantage of the bbq area. The pillows were a bit too tall and hard for our taste, however, I'm sure they would've replace them if we would've asked.'

'We had to wait over 2.5 hours past check-in for our room because it was still being cleaned, and the front desk didn't even apologize. Once inside, the sofa bed was broken, hard to open, and very uncomfortable. Because of the poor service and bad maintenance, I would not recommend this place and will not return.'
