This enormous two bedroom two bathroom all tile unit is directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Featuring extras like a KEURIG & electric FIREPLACE, 402 has it ALL! King mattress is memory foam-ultimate comfort! Wake up early at least one morning to take advantage of the amazing views FROM BED! You won't believe the phenomenal scenes you'll take in from unit 402. Two FULL beds in the guest bedroom assure the kids are comfortable. Best of all, the mattresses are PILLOW-TOP. The matching furniture in this master has ample space for accommodating longer stays. The fully furnished kitchen features beautiful rich black granite counter tops. It is also stocked with all cookware, dinner ware, utensils, and pots/pans needed for every cooking need. Additionally, there is a second refrigerator in the laundry area for those that have BULK food supplies. Don't worry, all of those snacks for the grand kids will easily fit in this condo. The massive private balcony has two entryways with one being the private entry in the master bedroom. Don't forget about the amazing balcony FURNITURE! Truly a perk to renting 402. Upscale, comfortable, clean, padded furniture sets make this balcony extra special. All the pleasures of a warm Gulf sunset can become a wonderful memory.
