Magnifique golfe avant 1BD / 2BA avec de nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat, WiFi et plus encore! Ce condo est équipé de superbes téléviseurs: un écran LCD 42 "dans le salon, un écran LCD 37" dans la chambre et deux téléviseurs LED 19 "dans la zone de la couchette (une pour la couchette supérieure et une pour la couchette inférieure). TOUT LE MONDE PEUT PROFITER DE LEUR SPECTACLE FAVORI DANS CETTE UNITÉ!
Soyez sûr d'attraper les belles vues de l'île d'Okaloosa tout en sirotant un verre sur le patio .. pas besoin de jeter un coup d'œil entre la balustrade car cette unité dispose de hauts meubles de patio!
Lit king size dans la chambre principale avec un thème tropical à travers vous rappellera que vous dormez au PARADIS .. La salle de bain principale présente le même thème ainsi qu'un COMBO TUB + DOUCHE qui est tout simplement parfait pour un long bain moussant ou une douche rapide avant de retourner à la plage!

Second time here

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here 5 years ago. Enjoyed it so much, decided to come back for our 35th. We were not disappointed. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The location was fantastic, with a view from the balcony that was awe inspiring. The Brooks and Shorey staff were very helpful in answering any questions we had. Definitely want to come back.

loved it

We loved the condo 412 . it was our first time staying on the beach in many yrs. Loved it so much hope to be back and would to stay here again. the condo was great and the process was easy. Only thing i would fix is the king size bed in master. It needs to be replaced. The right side has a big sunk in spot in it. The springs are broken or something making the bed on right side very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was perfect!

Overall very nice condo with great view from balcony

Overall I would recommend this condo. A couple of minor issues are that even though condo is decent sized, it is lacking places to put clothes. It only has two bed sized tables that have two drawers, so we lived out of our suitcase. At first their were only two hangers, however after a call they brought more the next day. Good customer service. For some reason the side of the bed closest was saggy, the other side was fine. In general the condo was decently clean, but could use a detailed cleaning (walls being wiped down, etc) In fairness that probably can’t be done with turning it over the same day with 7 day bookings

The relaxing, comfortable condo was the perfect location for a couple's re-connection vacay! Panhandle Florida beaches are among the best in the world and this condo highlights a beautiful view of the one on Okaloosa island. Delicious restaurants are nearby, along with a slew of activities for those who want to be more active.

Fine Stay. Great View.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Pelican Isle isn't a fancy place, by any means, but our unit was clean. The view is amazing. There's really not a lot of beach front in the area - just a few miles. So location of this condo, as all the others, is convenient to anything you'd want to do in the area. As far as the chair service, I have mixed feelings about it. It is nice to not have to lug chairs out each day. However, if you want to get your free two chairs, you have to go out at 7:30am when the guy is setting up and get them then. If not, you won't get chairs. They'll all be taken! And, the 3 rows of chairs pretty much block the ocean view (if you don't get a chair on the front row, you are just looking at the back of a chair, all day). As far as the condo, our unit was clean and had everything we would need for our stay (plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen items, etc.). Only those with reserved parking can park under the building but we never had trouble finding parking in the parking lot and Pelican Isle provides luggage carts to help you get all your stuff to and from your room when checking in/out. There are only two elevators in the middle of the building for the whole building, so we did prefer to take the stairs (located on each end) except when we had a ton of stuff. It wasn't bad, only 4 floors up but that would be hard with small kids or the elderly and especially, if you are on a higher floor. But, it didn't bother us. We had a good time and if we go back to Fort Walton, we wouldn't mind staying here again.

The furniture in the living room could use an update, but overall it was comfortable and clean. The patio table and chairs are very comfortable. Shower curtain was dirty in the master bath and needs to be replaced. My only real negative feedback is the tv in the living room. It’s very small for the size of the room. We tried watching football games because it was raining that day and were disappointed in the screen size. Also, all the batteries in the DVD players were dead. The bedroom is noisy, but that is simply because it’s located on the walkway side … nothing really can be done about that. For the price, it was a good rental.

So good, we extended 2days!!

View, view, view! Location, location, location! We really did extend our trip by two days, because we were so happy with our experience. Pelican Isle is in the perfect location to relax. It’s not a commercialized area but activities are a short ride away. Chairs and umbrellas are put out daily for your pleasure. The beach and beautiful, blue, green Gulf are right at your toes. The staff are very friendly and polite. The condo itself could use a paint job. Our only true problem was in the kitchen. Under the sink, there apparently had been a leak, I believe involve garbage disposal. There was a pitcher half full of water that was sitting there. I called management and they said they would note the problem and would take care of it after we left. We didn’t see any leeks while we were there but the garbage disposal never did work. The kitchen was well stocked. We are already planning next years trip. We will definitely be back!
