Gulf Dunes Resort offers guests a getaway experience with spacious tropical grounds, sea dunes, tennis courts, grill area, two pools (one heated October thru March), and ample parking. The beach access does require navigation of stairs as you traverse the sand dunes. The beaches of Okaloosa Island are as pure white as beaches get. The sugary soft sand is found nowhere else in North America, attracting visitors from all areas of the world. Wade in the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. This stretch of beach is part of Florida's Emerald Coast, stretching from Panama City to Pensacola. Gulf Dunes is near many of Destin's attractions, such as Destin Harbor, outlet shopping, and many other outdoor activities. Para sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, go carting, jet skis, dolphin tours, bungee jumping, and water parks are just some of what Destin has to offer..

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, NO CLOSET IN THIS ROOM . Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8

Comfortable but needs updates

We vacationed with 30 family members and rented 6 condos so we saw other condos. Ours still had older stove and frig and TVs were smaller. The decor was more southwest not the Beach. Beautiful view and beds were comfortable

Great property loved the location quick and easy access to the beach was my favorite part. Proximity to restaurants and stores was a huge plus. However the WiFi kept cutting out and was occasionally spotty, but wasn’t a huge problem.

Amazing views

Loved the views, property was very clean.. Had everything you need.. The condo comes with 2 chairs and umbrella but also there are 2 chairs in the closet that you can use on the water which I loved.. Will definitely stay here again... Great vacation

Our time away was so relaxing & just what we needed! We got in extremely late from our flight but getting to our room was seamless. A couple of notes....we could definitely bring people with us next time! The unit is very spacious. They do have small containers of shampoo, conditioner & lotion....just in case anyone is trying to pack light☺️ Would definitely stay here agaim!

A little short...

Condo great room door to ocean view balcony was posted with a sign 'Do Not Use', which was unavailable to us for the stay. Refrigerator was leaking and the ice maker not working. This was fixed a few days into our stay. The complex has two pools, only one was available due to painting overhead. This was the July 4th week and poor scheduling and management in my opinion.
