A fantastic, spacious 3 bedroom , 2 bath condo with a 4th floor elevation (1st floor is parking) to take advantage of the stunning beach and Gulf front views. This condo offers a LARGE Gulf front Master Suite, with a walk in shower, a spacious guest room, - fully furnished and rental equipped. Upgrades include tile floors throughout the main living areas and updated cabinetry in the bathrooms Gulf Dunes boasts 425' of Gulf front, 2 swimming pools (1 seasonally heated), tennis courts, BBQ area and exercise room.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed, 3rd bedroom bunk beds - NO CLOSET IN THIS ROOM. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

Great condo

This unit in Gulf Dunes is so nice. It was fairly clean, probably could have been swept a little better as it felt like there was sand on the floor. There was plenty of space, the unit was well furnished, check in was a breeze and communication with the management company was excellent. We will no doubt be renting this unit again in the future.

One of the best vacations

We try to stay at different condos when we make our yearly visit, but Gulf Dunes #308 was one of the best. Loved the beachy decor. Exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable. Just steps from beach & just far enough from hustle & bustle of Destin. Would definitely stay there again

Perfect location, perfect property

Everything was just as advertised, the access to the beach was right there. The beach was not crowded at all especially being a holiday week. We have everything we needed, the kitchen had everything you needed. Pots and pans where in great condition. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. Will definitely being stay here again in the future!

Communication with entry code beds hurt our backs room not very clean

Not again. Bathroom had hair clogged in the tub disgusting indeed and we could not use it. Door did not lock on patio, beds were terrible, furniture not comfortable. Nice that it was close to beach and appliances worked.

Condo was excellent Buuuutttt the patio furniture was horrible !! Did not match the pictures, very uncomfortable, not a pleasant outside eating area and we love to eat outside. Needs to invest in better seating outside. Would probably not stay again because of this, but inside was great.

A much needed getaway

Overall, our stay was a good one. It was different due to the current pandemic situation; however, all in all it was a much needed break. The condo was very basic in decor - but spacious, beds comfortable, and offered a spectacular view from the balcony. The pool is small, but it was sufficient, and kept clean. The process for booking the unit, check in and check out was as smooth as it gets. My only disappointments were the balcony furnishings. It's not what's displayed on the website photos. There is one table and four metal chairs (very uncomfortable). Two of which had cushions. For a condo that sleeps six, it would have been nice to have enough balcony seating for everyone. Also, I believe the pool furniture can use an update as well. Again, all in all - my family enjoyed our stay.

A little to pricey for what you get!

The condo price itself was not bad but by the time you pay for all the fees it's ridiculous and out of hand!!! Cleanining fee is acceptable, booking, insurance ECT... Is a rip off. Close to 800 dollars in fees, the room was not very clean beds were very uncomfortable and it stated two double beds but was only a queen so my son didnt want to sleep with his sister in the same bed and had to sleep in kiddy bunk beds with no tv!!! He's 26!!!The master bed had yellow stains on the mattress cover corners looked like a dog urinated on it, GROSS!! Probably would not rent again!!

Perfect Location

This property was very conveniently located and had a beautiful view. The unit was very clean which was extremely important to us. Management was very easy to reach and came immediately when we had a problem with the garbage disposal. My only disappointment was that the pictures showed very thick cushions on the patio furniture and there were no cushions at all. The patio furniture was not comfortable to sit on so I just ran to target and bought my own cushion so I could enjoy my coffee watching the waves roll in. We would definitely stay here again.

We have rented from Brooks and Shorey previously, and again they didn’t disappoint. The rental process was seamless and the condo was great.
