This One bedroom condo is a delightful little gem, it has a large master bedroom with access to the dual entry 1 and a half bath, there is a stackable washer an dryer located in the condo as well. The cozy living area has plenty of seating for everyone in your party, the fully stocked kitchen is a perfect set up for those that enjoy cooking and the private balcony overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico provides a view that cannot be matched. If you are looking for relaxation this is the condo for you.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Perfect location

Condo located on a beautiful beach. It was clean and easy to get around. Only major downside internet was TERRIBLE! We had no internet at all the last two days, and I had to work.

Perfect Beachfront Condo

This was a great beachfront condo. Very efficient. The kids loved the bunk beds. Pool is not very big but it was enough. The beach chairs that are included are great. Free passes to activities are also nice.

Summer fam vacay

We love the proximity to the beach. Did not live all the lock codes and the pool was a little lacking but over all the experience was great. The unit had a great view and adequate linens. I would say a better decor would be good and more kitchen supplies would be helpful. The ice maker was also not working properly as well. We just picked up a bag and that was fine.

Couldn’t be happier

My family (wife and three small children) normally stay in Seagrove in a small condo away from the crowds. This year it was a last minute decision to go on vacay and with a tight budget we went with the navy lodge in Pensacola. That was a mistake we realized two days in and found Gulf Dunes on VRBO in FW. They cut us a deal and we made the best decision of our trip by going there. Condo was very clean and spacious enough for the five of us. Kids loved the hallway bunk beds. The beach and pool were right there together and an easy walk with no stairs to the beach, plus they give you beach service free of charge (and a lot of other amenities). We always shy away from the built up areas but if I ever find myself having to go to a larger condo, it will be Gulf Dunes every time.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and ready before check in at 4pm. It had a great view!

Renting was easy! I signed everything electronically. I downloaded the app and got updates regularly. The manager called with our room code when the condo was ready. Everything went smoothly!

Perfect for our family of five

We were so very pleased with our stay at this property. It was simple, very clean, and accommodated our family of five with ease. The distance from the property to the beach was about as close as one can get, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We have only a few minor suggestions: 1) The door to the balcony was pretty difficult to open; too difficult for our youngest to open by herself and nearly impossible for our two older kids. It looked like the handle could use some repair. 2) The door from the master bedroom into the master bathroom does not remain shut or locked. But please don’t construe these two suggestions as a bad review! 5/5 for sure and we are already talking about booking the same unit for next year!

Their were lots of teenagers who were playing very loud music at the pool area. Also the pool was so small we didn't get the opportunity to swim in it due to all the teenagers . We would have liked to have utilized the pool.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for my family of four, and the location was great! We loved being able to walk right out to the beach. Plus, we had lots of good restaurant choices minutes away!
