    Welkom bij Destin West Gulfside # 214! Deze prachtige woning is een kamer met 2 slaapkamers + stapelbedden en 2 badkamers. Dit strand appartement is gelegen in het Gulfside-gebouw op Destin West Beach en Bay Resort. Het resort heeft gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand, veel zwembaden en een lazy river. Dit is een geweldige vakantiebestemming.

    We zijn toegewijd om onze gasten een uitstekende service en een mooie vakantiewoning te bieden. We kijken uit naar uw reservering en organiseren uw groep voor een strandtrip!

    Opmerking: De slaapbank in dit appartement bevat een unieke 8. 5 inch dikke comfortabele matras. De slaper is gemakkelijk uit te trekken en veel comfortabeler dan een standaard slaapbank. Het is erg praktisch en handig om de slaper te gebruiken voor gasten met grotere groepen.

De accommodatie biedt ook een prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad, de hot tub en de Golf. Als je klaar bent om deel te nemen aan de leuke activiteiten en actie hieronder, heb je snel en gemakkelijk toegang tot de begane grond. Het appartement is geweldig voor een of twee gezinnen. Twee slaapkamers, een stapelbed kamer, twee badkamers en een slaapbank kunnen comfortabel slapen tot acht.

This is our third trip to Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. The room was beautiful and accommodating for a family. We enjoyed the beach, pools, and lazy river. It had close proximity to many activities and restaurants. We will return for sure.

The condo was beautifully decorated and had a great Gulf view. The pool was large and very clean. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables. We had access to the bay side also, which included a lazy river and a nice fishing pier. Our host was easy to work with and always accessible. If we return to Ft. Walton beach we would definitely stay here again. Neil and Mary

Fun beach spot

Nice, clean property with a lot of fun stuff for kids, beautiful beach, a number of pools. Restaurants and shops are close by. We would stay there again.

This beach condo is located at a great resort that is easy to navigate and has what you’ll need, just bring your groceries. In addition to providing important starter supplies like coffee, paper towels and toilet papers, they also supply beach towels and toys/boogie boards were in the primary suite closet. Pools were wonderful and access to the beach was amazing.You should know that the bedroom with the bunk bed is very, very small. Just enough room for the bed, a small dresser. TVs in every bedroom is great!We loved the included beach and chair umbrellas included and used them everyday. Get to the reservation “hut” for a chance at the front row and a clear view of the ocean. Second floor balcony was lovely as well and allowed for a pool and ocean view. Easy communication with the host - which we didn’t even need because everything was great but I appreciated a mid-visit check-in. You won’t regret choosing this condo.

Wonderful time!

Such a great condo. It had everything we needed and was a perfect location with my son staying at the hotel next door. Super close to the garage, and easy access to the beach and pool. Krystal was amazing with help and response time. We had a great week!

Family vacation

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here so much! The location is perfect and this unit has the most beautiful view! The unit had alot of items to start out with ( toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee) and more. The owner Frank was extremely pleasant to speak with and so was his manager Amanda. I would highly recommend staying here! We loved this place so much we ended up extending our stay with another one of the owners units at this resort!

Great time

We enjoyed our time here. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay like toiletries and cleaning supplies. The property manager was super attentive and texted to make sure everything was to our liking and to answer any questions that we might have. The nice sized gym was up-to-date with machines and free weights. We definitely recommend this property.

Awesome Location

We had a great stay. It’s a beautiful property that overlooks the pool and you can see the ocean. The pool is amazing and free beach chair set-up is included. You just have to put your name on the list at the beach at 9am. Our family agreed this was the best condo we’ve stayed at and we’ve been to Siesta Key, Myrtle Beach and Clearwater over the past 12 years. The Lazy River across the street is included and we visited The Island next door. The only negative I would say is that the pullout couch cushions and side of the fridge were pretty dirty. Other than that, the property is amazing! Look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful Stay

This condo is a perfect size for a small group. The 3rd bedroom with bunk beds has a door that can be closed for privacy. We put the loudest snorer in there! Being a 2nd floor unit is very convenient. I used the stairs all weekend. However, that also means you are close to the hottub; so we had to deal with a couple of loud, late hottub parties (not any fault of the condo owners). The only reason I did not give 5 star review is because there was a musty odor in the condo for the 1st couple of days. It wasn't horrible, and it definitely subsided by the time we left. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amanda was also helpful when we were having remote control issues. It all worked out. Thank you.

Love this place!

We were amazed! 1. The check in process was carefree. We went straight to the condo. We had already received our parking pass in an email and parking was steps from the condo. 2. We were pleasantly surprised to be supplied with dishwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels. 3. The pool bands were already in the condo (10 of them). The condo property is beachside and has a huge pool and huge hot tub. We also had access to The Island property next door with a grotto and swim up bar (I don't drink but it was super cool and had non-alcoholic choices). It had multiple pools and a heart shaped hot tub. There was also a grill with food and a tiki bar beachside. 4. Across a catwalk there is a beautiful pool with a lazy river bay side with amazing views. 5. We had one tiny issue when the internet went out. The owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved within minutes. The condo property is perfect for kids and the pools next door are perfect for adults. We loved this place and the carefree experience. We will be back every year!!

I didn’t want to leave

Love this condo perfect size and layout, pools very nice and short walk to beach. Pools clean but they need to keep pool decks cleaner/swept. Lazy river relaxing lots of floats. We really enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what it claims to be.

We had no issues whatsoever. It’s an older establishment that could do with a facelift but as far as what it claims to be, it was spot on. Everything was exactly as described and the pictures were spot on. The only thing we missed was the last river and pools in that area are across the road and while easy to access from the bridge, it takes a couple of minutes to get to. All in all it was perfect for us and we had a great time and would definitely recommend.
