This pet friendly home sits on a large lot with fenced backyard located one house away from a public beach access which delivers you directly to the emerald waters & sugary white sand of the Gulf. Travel the opposite direction, approximately 75, feet and take advantage of the boardwalk access which makes carrying carts and rolling coolers a breeze.

The family area is accented by no hassle ceramic tile floors, granite counters, vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. There is a large flat-screen smart television as well as a stereo system for vacationers enjoyment. This cozy beach house provides meal seating for 10, plus bar seating for two more. The outdoor space with it's fenced in yard allows those pets to safely roam, you'll find a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment if you've had all you can take of the beach for one day, and there's a Hot/Cold Shower to wash away the sand and suntan oils. Additionally, for those who want to watch the ocean waves or the sun-rise and set, try the upper deck with your morning coffee and evening wine.

Dog lovers welcome (25 lb weight limit) with $200 per pet fee.
