Spectacular five-bedroom home on Pensacola Beach/Small Pets Allowed!

This beautiful five-bedroom home sleeps 20 people. This home sits just one short block from the beach, on an adjacent easement. The main level includes the living room with 65" Sony 4k Ultra High def HDR SMART TV, surround sound, large sectional with pull out sofa, dining area that seats eight, kitchen, breakfast bars that seat seven to eight, eat-in kitchen area that seats eight, half bath, bedroom with double bunks and full bath (sleeps four) and master suite - 43" LG SMART TV and adjoining master bath (sleeps two).

The main level of the home has a deck on the south facing the Gulf with a cushioned wicker seating area, two loungers and a table with chairs and umbrella. The upper level of the home has three bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has two full beds (sleeps four), another bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps two) and the third has two twin over full bunks (sleeps six). The driveway offers parking that would accommodate up to eight vehicles. The home also features a TV in every bedroom plus one in the great room, a fully stocked kitchen, an outside shower, a really nice gas grill and a fenced-in yard. You should expect to have a difficult time leaving this home at the end of your vacation!!!

The home was well equipped to comfortably host our entire family. The kitchen was fantastic for hosting our family Thanksgiving dinner complete with newer appliances, utensils, cooking and dinnerware and enough seating for everyone. We ate, played games, watched TV and walked to the powder white sand beach for spectacular sunset views. We had a fantastic trip and really appreciate the use of this home. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway close to their Navy sailors in training. Thank you for the great time and memories.
The home is less than a 2-min walk away from the beach and stunning sunrise and sunset views.
Pensacola Beach is so beautiful.

Great house and location

House was perfect. We were in town for a CrossFit competition and it very comfortably slept all 14 of us. The living room and kitchen are so big and open, we were all able to hang out without it feeling crowded. Short walk to the beach, close to all the restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location!

The house accommodated our family of 10 perfectly for a week - plenty of room! The kitchen was well stocked as were the linens - we didn’t find anything that we needed that the kitchen didn’t have! The deck furniture was nice and there was plenty of seating inside and out. The overall layout of the house was great! The location was an easy 1 block walk from the beach! The neighborhood was in an excellent location and flat, so great for walking or bike riding! Also, we could get to restaurants, bars and shops within 5-8 minutes. Pensacola Beach is super family friendly and has everything (except a grocery store) you need for a delightful stay. Now for the things that weren’t up to par in the house - the house needs a complete update of interior paint, carpet, bathrooms, stove, microwave, steps to the upstairs, more closet space (many closets were locked as owners closets). Also, the garages are off limits so it made it hard to store bikes, and beach items. Check-in / out was easy! We would not rent this property again unless it gets a total refresh.

A fantastic, roomy property for large families and groups

We had wonderful family vacation at this house. There was so much room for everyone to sleep, eat, and play games. Access to the beach was very easy because the pathway runs right by the backyard gate. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with EVERYTHING you need to cook for a large group. The deck was great and well furnished and we spent a lot of time on it. We had a small dog with us, so the enclosed backyard was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing with 8 - 14 people.

Relaxing Vacation!

This home is beautiful! It is nicely furnished, tastefully decorated, and well stocked. It had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the most relaxing, peaceful beach. We had about 20 yards of beach to ourselves! It was also a very short walk to the trolley stop. We will definitely be back!

This was such a great place to have our family reunion! Beautiful home. Very nice owners. Nice to have 2 refrigerators since we needed food for a large crowd. Nice to have the heated shower outside so we didn't track sand all over the house. Thanks!

Fabulous house in a wonderful location

The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, and we loved hanging out on the huge deck! The Gulf was close and it was convenient to have the sidewalk leading to the Gulf right next to the house. The owners were so nice and accommodating - we were in a bind and I inquired and they let us stay even before all the updates were completed. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!
