  • Mooi van binnen en van buiten! Dit huis heeft een geweldig uitzicht en ligt super dicht bij de Golf! 6 slaapkamers met 1 kingsize suite, 3 slaapkamers met queensize bedden, 1 slaapkamer met twee aparte stapelbedden, 1 slaapkamer met twee aparte stapelbedden en een dubbele stapelbed met een onderschuifbed en een uittrekbare bank met een queensize matras. Een van de slaapkamers van de koningin is beneden en vereist buiten toegang en is zeer prive, maar heeft zijn eigen speciale complete badkamer (zie foto's). Het appartement op de benedenverdieping HEEFT EEN EXTRA KOSTEN INCLUSIEF dus ga daar op vooruit. Het is $ 175 per nacht extra. Ik verhuur de benedenruimte echter niet aan verschillende groepen terwijl u daar bent, dus het onroerend goed is volledig privé. Boven slaapt 17 (5 slaapkamers). Beneden slaapt 2 (1 slaapkamer). Totaal van 19 WANNEER DE BENEDEN WORDEN GEKOCHT. Granieten aanrechtbladen in de keuken en tegels tellers in de badkamers met wijn koelkast en vaatwasser. Volledig gevuld met alle bestek, borden, kopjes, glazen, kookgerei, bestek en apparaten om elke gewenste maaltijd voor uw gezin en gasten te bereiden. Alle beddengoed en badhanddoeken ingericht (geen strandlakens) dus u hoeft de uwe niet mee te nemen. Wasmachine en droger ingericht. Heeft alle elektronische voorzieningen, waaronder WiFi, Xbox One, flat-panel tv's in elke slaapkamer en woonkamer, hi def stereo en Blue-ray. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid en grote achterom omheinde binnenplaats die erg privé is. Letterlijk op steenworp afstand van het strand en een perfecte locatie voor uw gezin! Zwembad is 12x25 voet lang! VOOR NIET-GEZINNEN MOETEN ALLE LEDEN VAN UW GROEP TEN MINSTE 25 JAAR OUD ZIJN OM VOORAF TE BEHOUDEN DOOR DE EIGENAAR GOEDGEKEURD. Eveneens moeten evenementen zoals bruiloften, recepties, verjaardagsfeestjes of soortgelijke bijeenkomsten vooraf worden goedgekeurd en kosten voor een evenement dragen. Very roomy and amazing location!We enjoyed our stay and the host was very timely to fix any issues (a ceiling fan was not working and he had it replaced within 12 hours). Beds were very comfy!Just a short walk to a beach that is not overcrowded. We loved it and would stay here again any time!

Property clean and well maintained. We had 7 adults and 4 youngsters and slept comfortably. Wish there was one more bathroom as everyone dealing with two bathrooms was at times challenging. The pool in rear yard was a BIG hit with the kids as so easy to use. The beach was very close too and not crowded whatsoever.

The fans were so dusty. There was thick dust all on the fan In the kitchen over the table. All the blinds were dusty. The air vents had dust all over them. The pool light was lit up at night. So you can’t go night swimming. The pool chairs were dry rotted and broken. The couches were dirty. The ice machine did not work. Pictures were deceiving ! This was not worth the price we paid at all !

This place was just as described. If you want fancy this is not the place for you. But it was perfect for a large family like ours. Six adults and 9 kids ages 2-10. My only complaint was it was not stocked well for large families to cook. Hardly any dishes like large bowls, decent skillets, etc... Other then that everything else was fine. I just think when a house is set up for that many people then there should be the kitchen supplies to back it up. The owner was great to work with and he was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. P.S. DO NOT WALK UNDER THE DECK IN THE BACKYARD by the pool barefoot. There are sticky weeds that get into your feet like cactus. Our 2 year old found this out the hard way.

The house wasn’t bad, but there was no upkeep to it. The deck had dry-rotted spots and my 4 year old had his foot go through it when he was walking on the deck. And then my 2 year old opened the back door to the back deck and the door fell off the hinges and almost fell on top of my 2 year old. There was other minor issues but we still had a good time and made the best of our trip. The house just needs some maintenance and upkeep.

Dan was very prompt on communicating with us upon arrival at check-in. House was great!! Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults and 3 kids. We did rent the lower bed and bath as well. Great place for our family vacation

We had a wonderful week for our family vacation! There was plenty of room for our whole family. It was just a short walk to the beach and it was not crowded like a big Condo site would be. The pool was an enjoyable change of pace too. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed. Communication was on point. This was our first visit to Pensacola and we will definitely be back!

No shaded space outdoors to watch the kids swim and plants with stickers were covering the outdoor areas. Kids were in hysterics getting stuck constantly. All the rooms are off the living space which made it hard for the adults to hang out after putting the kids to bed. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay.

Good location for what we wanted. Some of the linens looked old and could have been fresher, but other than that we all had a good stay. The house is older and not much insulation in the walls. We had babies in the house so be ready to hear through the walls into the other rooms.

An amazing beach house vacation

There is truly nothing negative I can say about this beach house or our week vacation there! My entire family had a blast from the moment we walked in. The home comfortably held all of us and we are a big family!! Dan the homeowner was quick to respond to any questions we had or fix any repairs. The private pool and outside shower was the icing on the cake!! I recommend this home 100%
