Located at the beautiful Portofino Island Resort and Spa, this lavish condo is located in Tower 2-901 and is an Preferred status among the Portofino condos. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this will be your destination of choice once you get a taste of this luxury! Our kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking ware, each bedroom has a flat screen TV, Tile flooring through out and a great wrap around balcony that gives bay to gulf viewing and is very close proximity to the on site Lifestyle Center that boasts restaurants, pools, spa, a market, Starbucks, fitness center and much more!!!

King size bedding in master bedroom, two queens in guest room and queen bedding in the third bedroom. Includes Sleeper Sofa in living room.

Great family vacation

We loved our vacation here. The pool, beach, restaurants and bar are amazing. Great food and beverage for a reasonable price, especially for a resort. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was involved cooking. Since we came with children, we had planned to eat some meals in. There was no grill and very basic cooking utensils. A grill was not mentioned in the description, but I am familiar with the property and a grill was installed, just not working. It was necessary to either bring or buy all basics including salt and pepper. We ate a lot of pizza from the outdoor restaurant. All in all, it was a great experience. If you are driving to Pensacola, I'd recommend coming prepared with basic cooking essentials. An air frier would have been a nice addition.

Great stay!

The layout of this condo is great for a large group, the patio is wonderful and adds to the overall living space. The beds are comfortable. It could use more cooking pots and pans and utensils, if you cooked a big meal it would be difficult with the existing pots and pans. Overall we would rent this unit again, it was comfortable.

Needs upgrading

I have stayed in Portofino several times, and this condo was definitely in need of some attention. The first thing we noticed was a strong, stale odor the minute we walked in the door. The place had apparently not been used in a while, and it smelled like a wet tent. Once the weather cleared on the second night there, we were able to open the doors to get some fresh air in, and that helped ever so slightly. But the smell never really went away. Next up was trying to sleep in the rock-hard bed. Seriously, I didn't know they even made a mattress this uncomfortable. I would have moved to the sofa, but there were no extra sheets or blankets anywhere in the place (the front office kindly brought more when we requested them). The person in the room with the full size bed said that mattress was better, but the bunks were just as hard as the king bed. It wouldn't take a whole lot to make this place comfortable. And the views are incredible! We were so grateful that the weather was beautiful this weekend so we didn't have to stay in this place except to (TRY!) to sleep.
