This 120 m² house is a cosy retreat with beautiful amenities. It can accommodate 5 people thanks to its two bedrooms, one of which has a television. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160) and the second has a bunk bed, double at the bottom (140) and single at the top.

The accommodation has a bathroom and an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.

Its American-style kitchen is perfectly equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso and toaster), it opens onto the dining room and onto a superb wooden terrace of 50m² facing south-west which will allow you to enjoy an aperitif whilst preparing a barbecue, to regain your strength after your many activities.

The lounge, located on the 1st floor, is a cosy and comforting nest that will allow you to end your days peacefully whilst watching a good film.

A small cabin in the garden is available if you need to store bikes, surfboards....
