'Rooms 1 and 7 were clean and comfy. No. 1 was stuffy (possibly due to hot weather and no air con) and smelt of cooking . No. 7 was cooler but affected by traffic noise as there was a fair amount of traffic throughout the night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Can’t comment on the meals as we didn’t eat there. Easy access to Pendine Sands.'

'The room was clean and tidy however it was unbearably hot due to a lack of air con and alrhough a fan was provided it could not deal with the heat in the room. There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. We had a shower on the first day and with no non slip mat I almost fell over. Towels were provided which we used for showering but when we asked for fresh towels the...

'We loved this hotel. THE view from our room was unforgettable. The QR code ordering system on the terrace with its spectacular view is a total turn off though. We couldn't even buy a drink directly from the bar. Makes no sense and they are losimg custom.'
