« Even with the furnace, the room is quite cold there.Seems to be a draft under the door everything was clean and sufficient in the room.However, there wasn't even an extra roll of toilet paper, which would be nice. »

« I booked online for me, my mom and my daughter. It was supposed to be 2 full size beds when I submitted it, when we arrived there was only 1 king bed. Which eventually it wasn’t the end of the world. We initially called the number and Maureen answered and said she would call and see if someone would switch, but we ended up telling her it was fine. We ended up calling back because the AC wasn’t working and Maureen said the AC was broken and they don’t “make people aware of it”, even though online...

« Beds were comfy, but upon arrival they looked like they had been sat on.. no sheets or blankets provided for the pullout sofa sleeper, noisy at night, breakfast was a struggle.. no decaf coffee, no plates only cereal bowls, cereal was stale, only scrambled eggs, the other container was empty so no idea what was in it, juice wasn’t working and the waffles would not come off the waffle maker, you ended up with a clump of waffle the kids would not eat… no one was on site or behind the desk for any...
