You can catch a fishing charter or an evening cruise watching the sunset. Rent kayaks or jet skis just 5 miles away. Amazing sunsets and stars at night, firepit, Grill, walking and biking trails just a mile away. The Marine Bases are close, 25 mins to Camp Lejeune or 25 mins to Cherry Point.

You will find the home very clean with lots of space to meet all your needs. Self check in with a coded lock, no need for keys. This is a lot of house! This is a family friendly home with toys, games, high chair, pack n play, kids dinnerware, even a bunk bed with a slide, etc.

Events are allowed but there is a $100.00 fee for any groups over 15. No illegal activity, drinking, drug parties will not be tolerated. Police will come and ask you to leave the property. We love hosting events such as weddings, showers, going away parties, birthday parties, etc.

We own the RV park next door as well, Seaside Cottages. The home is very private and a prive location as it is only three miles to the beach. Only 30 minutes to Jacksonville, Camp Lejeune, and 10 minutes to Swansboro.
I do own all the property around this home, including the large shop behind, but i am rarely there as we own a remodeling company and are working most of the time.
