The property was in a very nice complex, the pools were lovely, it would have been great if the large pool had a divider between the one metre deep bit and the deeper part, this is not a complaint just would have been good for us with a six year old who had just learnt to swim. Apartment was very nice, it had everything we needed. Shame though a modern apartment still needs toilet paper to be put in a bin. Owner was very helpful when needed.

Great Stay!
Had a great stay in May at this apartment. It was clean, the location was great and the size and facilities in the apartment ticked all of our boxes. Only a couple of small comments that would have made our stay even better.
1. The curtains in bedrooms are not black out and let a lot of light in from early. Not an issue for adults but did wake my kids early some days.
2. When the weather got very hot the fact the air con units are limited time wise (whilst understandable form a cost perspective) did pose some discomfort overnight with the bedrooms getting to over 30° and me having to cream into kids room to try and cool it down.
Overall I would happily take the family back, great value for money and helped an enjoyable holiday!

Lovely quiet holiday
Lovely property, clean and well maintained. Check in was excellent - brilliant guidance notes sent before hand with lots of extra info about the area. Resort is really quiet and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time if we used it. Photos are totally accurate of the property and it has everything you could need. It was exceptionally hot when we stayed (a heatwave that was on Cypriot news) so the aircon was a godsend. Had a small issue with one of the units in the main bedroom but this was resolved straight away by the property manager. Is about 15 mins walk to the nearest shop and 10-15 mins drive to Coral Bay beach which is lovely. Lots of restaurants to choose from in both Pegia and Coral Bay and in between. We tried different ones every day. We hired a car for 8 days so we had freedom to get out and about whenever we wanted, but also used George's taxi a couple of times and couldn't fault them for being on time. Also hired a 4x4 buggy for a day to visit some of the sites on the rougher roads - Lara beach, Akamas Gorge area and waterfalls. Highly recommend to see that beautiful scenery, and do not attempt in a hire car regardless of some reviews as the roads are very rough with lots of loose rocks and stones and it could be very expensive! Overall a lovely quiet break that we very much needed.

Superb apartment, location and host
We stayed here for a month in March 2022.
Location: The apartment is in a lovely small town called Peyia which has numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. The beaches of Coral Bay are 3km away along with a large supermarket and loads of restaurants.
Apartment: It is in a small complex of apartments on the top floor accessed by 4 flights of 8 steps. Being a penthouse it has a stunning unobstructed view from both balconies of the Meditteranean and both Peyia and Paphos. It is also south facing so the balconies have the sun all day. The complex has reserved parking for residents and was never an issue. The pool area looked great but being March we didn’t use it as it was too cold (unusually so this year we were told by the locals). The living room has two very comfy sofas, a coffee table and a 32” flat screen tv with excellent wifi which coped with our streaming needs perfectly. There is a 6 seater dining table next to the kitchen counter. The kitchen has a full size fridge freezer, ceramic hob, fan over, toaster, cafettiers, microwave and kettle. It also has a wide range of utensils, plates, pots, pans and crockery. There was nothing we needed which wasn’t provided. There are separate air conditioning units in the lounge and each bedroom. The main bedroom has plenty of storage, a safe, a comfy double bed and its own balcony with chairs, table and bbq. The second bedroom has two single beds and again loads of storage. The bathroom has an excellent over bath shower.
Host: Excellent communications and prompt replies both before arrival and during our stay by email or WhatsApp.
We loved the apartment and the area so much that we re-booked for 18 months hence whilst still there!
Cannot recommend this apartment or part of Cyprus highly enough.

Great apartment in great location
We totally enjoyed our stay at this apartment...It was literally a home from home for us during our 26 day stay.Equipement level was 100%- providing everything you require for a self catering holiday also entertainment supplied ie tv and android box covers all of ones requirements for your evening after long days sight seeing.The owner was on hand by e- mail to answer any questions you may have and also a brilliant property manager (who lives just down the road) on hand to back up any concerns you may encounter .You will not be disappointed if you choose this apartment in a lovely complex in nice setting with the bonus of a lovely pool.Take the “plunge”and book worry free!

Wohnung mit schönem Meerblick
Die Wohnung liegt in einer netten Anlage mit schönem Meerblick. Wir waren Anfang November dort. Die meisten anderen Wohnung waren nicht besetzt. Es war daher sehr angenehm ruhig. Am Balkon hatten wir fast den ganzen Tag Sonne. Es war herrlich, jeden Morgen am Balkon zu frühstücken. Ein intakter Sonnenschirm wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Sonst ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Geschirr genug vorhanden. Fernsehen und Internet hat gut funktioniert. Das Doppelbett im poolseitigen Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein (ca. 125 cm) und nur bedingt für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Die Kaution wird in engl. Pfund sofort von der Kreditkarte abgebucht und nicht nur betragsmäßig gesperrt, daher hat man bei der Rückbuchung einen Kursverlust (unnötig!!!). Die Unterkunft kann ich weiterempfehlen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich eine Wohnung mit einem größern Doppelbett bevorzugen.

Lovely and comfortable holiday home
The place is exactly as it shows in the photos! The overal complex is really pretty. We felt immediately at home as soon as we walked in. Our bed was comfy and so were the sofas. We had a good view from the balcony too of the sea and paphos on the left. The area is quiet too just the occasional car that passes the road at the back. There was everything you needed for a comfortable stay but we would have needed more towels if there was just more than the two of us staying there (there were 3 bath towels available).
The street with all the bars, cafes, bakers, pharmacy, supermarket is just a short walk away so you are not secluded from things.
My husband and I stayed for our wedding (we got married in Cyprus) and I got ready in the apartment and got my photos taken here. I expect them to look lovely and this apartment will always be in my memories now.
I'd recommend anyone to stay here for their stay.

A great base to visit west of Cyorus
The apartment is a great base from which to visit the west of Cyprus. The complex itself was very quiet during the day and night with the exception of our last night, when one apartment decided to play loud music from 2200 until 0200 the next morning - not sure whether they were a permanent resident or a tourist. We were thankful it was just the one night. The offending apartment was on the ground floor and the sound seemed to resinate within the building itself, because outside you could barely hear anything! The rest of the time the only noise we heard was the occasional dog barking and cockerel crowing.
Part way through our stay there was a problem with the water supply - we contacted the property management who arranged for a plumber to call, and so the problem was resolved as quick as reasonably possible.
The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was comfortable. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony each morning in the glorious sunshine. The balcony was in the sun for most of the day and we enjoyed lovely views of the sea towards the Coral Bay Area.
The complex itself looked a little unloved in places, but on the whole it was kept tidy.
We were disappointed to find that the electric bicycle didn't work in the gym and the table tennis table was broken. However, we could have played some sort of a game on it if there had been a ping pong ball to play with. We went out nearly everyday so this really wasn't a problem for us.
The two swimming pools looked lovely, but too cold for us since we visited end of November/early December. We found the apartment to be exactly as described.
I would recommend hiring a car as the apartment is not on a bus route. Supermarkets, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. We found them to be very reasonable.
Andy, the owner was extremely helpful and any queries were answered promptly.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Peyia.

Perfect & Peaceful. Great 5 star Penthouse.
Great location, on the top floor with everything you need to have a relaxing holiday and a great base for exploring. Short walk to the local shops and restaurants and only €8 in a taxi from Coral Bay if you fancy a night out there. We had all the things we required in the apartment which very clean and well maintained. Andy and Mandy provided a booklet which is stacked with information of places and things to do, also before we arrived I emailed Andy and the communication was once again great which meant we had a hassle free holiday.
This place is highly recommended and we are all ready looking to book next year. From here we visited Latchi (30 mins in a car), also we used the local bus service which runs into Coral Bay then another bus which runs every ten minutes into Paphos and only €1.50.
All the local restaurants were very good and trying different local dishes is a must for me. Some highlights were: Peyia Tavern, Grande and you must try Neo's.
Thanks Andy for the use of the apartment. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

Penthouse in Peyia
This is a fantastic property for a perfect holiday very clean and well maintained with every amenities you require.
Super views of the sea and a short walk to Peyia village where lots of good places to eat. Two lovely clean swimming pools and well kept grounds. Also plenty of places to park the car. We had 2 weeks of wonderful sunny weather.
The owners folder with lots of information about the area and restaurants was very useful.

Fantastic holiday
We've have had a fantastic time at Andy's apartment. The advert is spot on. The spectacular views hit you as you walk through the front door and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. The WI-FI is excellent and as well as Internet access, allowed us (and our children) to watch UK TV including Sky Sports for my husband.
The complex has two well maintained swimming pools which we all loved and the complex is very well situated for Peyia village which is a short walk and Coral Bay shops, bars and restaurants which are a 3 minute drive away.
We do recommend hiring a car. It allowed us to visit the Akamas Peninsula which is truly stunning and also Paphos and Laatchi harbour.
Andy has a very informative book on where to go and what to do. He has thought of everything and of all the holidays we have had in privately owned apartments, this was easiest the best service and value for money.
Thank you Andy for all your help. We will be returning next year.

Super relax, gezin, 2 kids, 14 en 17 jaar
Ik denk dat wij de eerste Nederlanders zijn in het appartement. Na aangekomen te zijn op het vliegveld Larnaca zijn we in de auto gestapt met de routebeschrijving die de eigenaar aan ons had gemaild. In 1x goed gereden naar het appartement, ondanks dat het al donker was en dat we links moesten rijden. Wat een top appartement, lekker ruim en zelfs een wasmachine, heerlijk voor de badlakens!! Enig nadeel is dat het strand, Coral Bay niet op loopafstand is, zeker niet met de gemiddelde temp. van 38 graden die wij 3 weken hadden. Maar we hadden 2 scooters gehuurd voor 3 weken, even wennen dat we links moesten rijden, maar het went snel.
Cyprus is een super mooi eiland met veel bezienswaardigheden, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Perfect, relaxing 5 star accomodation
Firstly wow what an amazing location and apartment set up.
We were a party of 2 adults and an 8 yrs old and 4 yrs old. The apartment had everything we needed, with the added bonus of a great balcony overlooking the pool which was perfect when the 4yrs old needed a sleep and i could still sit out and watch the pool and catch some sun.
Peyia has everything you need including a bakery with to die for cakes , supermarkets and great taverns to eat (Costas being our fav) it is close enough to get to Paphos and Coral bay, but far enough away for relaxation and quiet time. (5 mins coral bay, 20 mins Paphos)
The property was clean tidy and exactly as described
All in all perfect location, complex and accommodation, will be going again!

Fantastic Early Break
Thanks Mandy & Andy we had a lovely early sunshine break. The apartment was lovely and clean, and equiped with everything we needed. The two balconys of your apartment catch the sun all day between them, and even this early in the year we could have breakfast outside admiring the coastal views. We thought the key box was a great idea as this saved the worry of looking after the key all day. Peyia village a 10 minute walk away has a number of very friendly and good value bars, we would recommend The Grand Cafe especially. Coral Bay a 10 minute drive away has a lovely beach and a good choice of restaurants offering all types of cuisine. We would recommend Serianis is tried at least once. Loved Pafos harbour at night, where there are good fish restaurants.
We feel that a car is essential, and the apartment is well positioned to explore the local area. The journey to the Troodos Mountains was straightforward and only took 2 hours to get to the visitor centre at the top,this included several short stops to take in the magnificant views on the way.
The directions from the airport were easy to follow, and the information book in the apartment was very helpful.
All in all a week to remember and we certainly hope to be back in the future.

this apartment was very well equipt, i could not find even one thing, that wasnt there,
andy and mandy have thought of everthing. it was clean, spacious,very well maintained,
a home from home really.
the apartments are quite a way out, and we found a car essential.
in peyia village which is a ten minute walk. there are a few nice restaurants and bars,
we liked the jail.no food but pool table, and very authentic, still has the bars.
in coral bay superb beach, sea very warm. and shallow.serrianni served very nice food and reasonably priced too, staff very welcoming. recommend to everyone to try once at least.

I'm going again ..... and again ... and again...
We stayed in November and the weather was great. The local village is a short walk and full of excellent restaurants and bars and the locals cannot do enough to make you welcome. JJs Bar has the best views of the sunset and of Coral Bay. Coral Bay is lovely, a must visit. I do recommend hiring a car to guests to get the most out of the area. The apartment had everything We could have asked for and was very clean and comfortable. The sunbeds were well used, even in November. Mandy and Andy were very helpful and gave a professional service.

A Fantastic Apartment
I would like to thank Mandy & Andy for their excellent customer service and use of the apartment. Everything was as described and everything we wanted was supplied. The information avaialble in the apartment was very useful too. The property is in a fantastic location for Coral Bay, Paphos and the friendly village of Peyia. We enjoyed the warm sea at Coral Bay and Pahos harbour. We will certainly be going back next year. I certainly recommend the penthouse and Andy's customer service to everyone.
