'Luxueus room, lunch was perfect'

'Hotel was great, but the language barrier is too big. When I tried to call the prior to arrival, staff used a translation app on the phone to translate my conversation and vice versa. '

'Both the buffet dinner and breakfast have lots of varieties for selection and there was no queuing up required, as the food stations were scattered evenly around the restaurant, so we considered this was a good planning. The food was yummy and we enjoyed the lobster and the baked oysters. We had a superb view of Zaha Hadid's Art Centre from our room as per my request and really appreciated for the hotel's arrangement, including decoration on the bed for my birthday celebration. 'Staff at breakfast was not well trained. Seems new and disoriented. Staff at car drop-off point were just standing around and not assisting with baggage etc. waste of resource'
