The ONE at Pearl Beach is a newly renovated, spacious coastal retreat located just steps from the sand. With direct lake access from the backyard, guests can kayak straight to the beach.

This private home accommodates 2 3 families, an extended family, or up to 4 couples, with plenty of space inside and out.

*A kids/teens breakaway room connected to the master, with 3 sofa beds to sleep up to 4 children

Outdoor Living-
The property features an enclosed entertaining area with seating for up to 14 guests, complete with retractable cafe blinds for year-round comfort. Outside, you can enjoy a fire pit, a cedar hot tub, and an inviting outdoor bath, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Pearl Beach offers plenty to explore, from the Arboretum with its peaceful walking trails to the ocean pool and surrounding scenic bush walks. Just a short six minute drive away, Umina Beach provides added convenience with supermarkets, restaurants, and caf s to enjoy.
