Lovingly restored by its owners, Liz and Katie, the villa’s eclectic interiors are both inviting and distinctive, while the stunning new swimming pool sits within an acre of peaceful gardens, creating a haven of relaxation and seclusion. Each room opens onto a spacious terrace, perfectly positioned to capture the golden light of Paxos’s famous sunsets.

Although wonderfully private, Pelagia is conveniently located within walking distance of Magazia, where a taverna and small shop provide local flavour and daily essentials. The island’s main villages of Gaios and Loggos, along with several beautiful beaches, are just a short drive away, making this an idyllic base for those seeking comfort, charm and authentic island living.



Please note the landscaping at Pelagia includes some steep drops and the property is unsuitable for children under 12.



This single-storey 3-bedroom house (sleeps 2–6) is not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the number of steps. It features a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer, both opening onto the terrace. There are three double bedrooms (160cm x 190cm beds), all with terrace access. One bedroom has an adjacent shower room and WC, while another separate shower room with WC serves the rest of the house.
