'Clean room '

'The staff was very good, and the room was very nice, but it was very very cold in the room, the floor was freezing. We cuddled up in bed. By morning it was a little better. I did not shower,,,,too cold. '

'The staff was great! Check in was easy. Our door lock was broken with no alternative options, our HVAC didn’t work and it was so loud from mid night til 4am. Rough nights sleep. '

'We had an excellent stay! Really enjoyed the buffet supper and drinks what a nice benefit! Also enjoyed the breakfast! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed the location and pool and hot tub. Definitely will stay again. '

'Clean and comfortable enough. Dull, safe location. OK breakfast for this tier of hotel. Some loud guests but was able to drown out their noise with bathroom fan. Front desk staff was very helpful in rebooking me for the same room when I needed to extend my stay one additional night. For a budget stay, this is above average.'

'I liked the staff. All the staff I spoke with were very nice, friendly and helpful. The fact that this property excepts pets is the main reason I chose to stay there. I did feel safe; however, the room, particularly the bathroom was not very clean. There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and a clump of hair stuck inside the toilet bowl. '

'The only way to not be disappointed when you stay here is to go in with low expectations. Expect there to be no water pressure. Expect mold and hair in the bathroom. Expect cold eggs and sausage for breakfast. If you go in with these expectations, you won't be disappointed. '

'I booked a deluxe king room, but I failed to see what was deluxe about it. Some of the photos show a bathtub in the bathroom but our room had only a shower. The vent fan didn't work. One of the main reason we stayed here was because of the rooftop bar but upon our arrival we discovered that the bar was booked for a private venue. The only good part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly. The room was also clean. '
