The top floor of this reverse floor plan marvel features walls of windows that offer an ocean view from the kitchen, dining room, and great room. This upper level comprises two bedrooms and two baths, one with a King bed and the other with two Doubles.

The lower level features a 2nd den and three additional bedrooms. Unwind in the embrace of two King bedrooms or rest in the room furnished with two Queen beds and a convenient pack-n-play for our youngest guests.

Flipside is designed for a wonderful vacation, offering covered porches and sundecks where you can bask in the sun's warm embrace and feel the pleasant ocean breeze. Revel in the convenience of our well-appointed amenities, including an elevator ($350 non-refundable fee), a highchair, booster chair, and pack & play for your little ones. Stay comfortable with ceiling fans throughout the home and stay entertained with multiple TVs. Additional features include two icemakers, a wet bar, a cozy fireplace, an enclosed hot/cold outside shower, and a charcoal grill for those delightful barbecues. But that's not all! The beach is just across the street, allowing you to easily immerse yourself in the sun, sand, and surf.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bathmats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.

The elevator non-refundable fee is $350.00 and requires a signed waiver. 

Litchfield Beach offers the best of both worlds - the ocean is on one side, and the saltwater creek and marsh on the other. As you turn off the highway and cross the bridge over the saltwater creek to Litchfield, you'll feel like you are miles away from the busy life. This is a neighborhood of residential homes, and the gated Inlet Point community is on the southern top of Litchfield Beach. Litchfield Beach is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and boutiques of Pawleys Island, just 2 miles South.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred, and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
