« The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable. »

« Over all this hotel was excellent the only issue I had was the bathroom floor was very slippery after I showered. I did not get the floor wet but condensation from the shower made it very slippery »

« We have stayed here on 3 separate occasions and we love it so much we haven’t tried anywhere else in Tuscaloosa. The location to the university can’t be beat, the pool is clean, and staff is always friendly. We will be back. »

« Terrible customer service. We had a great experience until I accidentally left something in the room. After a week, I had a friend who lives there pick it up and send it to me. The level of ignorance and incompetence did not leave me with any faith that they could use the mail correctly. I was genuinely afraid if left in their hands that I may never see my items again. « Hotel was beautiful and front desk staff very nice. Had to go to desk 3 times to get bath towels and lotion because none in room. No ice bucket and no cleaning supplies or water in fitness room. Breakfast was not hot even though just put out. Got locked inside pool and front desk had to call maitinence to get me out . Local and was doing stay vacation but will never recommend this hotel »
