As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

As the barriers on the stairs, mezzanine and second level deck are below 1 metre high, all guests should take care in these areas due to the risk of falls.

Please note that a pizza oven is available for guest use; however, guests will need to bring their own firewood if they wish to use it.
