Wel ok voor transit hotel
Lange en stijle wandeling omhoog. Hebben wel shuttles maar daar moet je lang op wachten. Heel gedateerd.

Goed verblijf, doch niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Het hotel is ok. Heel groot hotel, leuk zwembad voor mn dochter. Ze was blij met de glijbaan. Eten en drinken ok, ligging ok. Niet ideaal omwille van de drukke straat, wel dicht genoeg bij alles (strand, winkels, resto,..) Ik zou niet meer terug gaan naar diamond cliff bij een volgend bezoek aan Phuket/Patong. We zijn zeker niet ontevreden, maar het verblijf is niet wat we ervan verwacht hadden. Ook zeer veel hellingen, geen lift in ons gebouw,.. Ik stel me vragen bij de 5 sterren quotering.

Prachtige ligging, mooi hotel. Verzorgde tuinen, super aangenaam zwembad aan de waterval met aangename poolbar. Mooie ontbijtruimte met uitgebreid buffet. Vriendelijk personeel, zeker aan de eitjes 😁. Klein minpuntje, weinig keuze van vers fruit, niet altijd ananas, nooit mango of passievrucht. Voor de rest 👍👍👍

Mooie en schone kamer. Werd goed schoon gemaakt. Ontbijt was enorm uitgebreid. Fijnne zwembaden en heerlijk Thais restaurant. Shuttle service 3 x per dag naar het centrum erg fijn. Klein Min puntje waarom geen schuttle 2 of 3x per dag terug naar het hotel. Een zeer aangenaam veeblijf gehad

Geweldig mooi en net resort. Wij hebben 5 heerlijke dagen gehad na onze 2,5 weekse rondreis door Thailand. Even relaxen en tot rust komen aan het einde van de vakantie. Veel gebruik gemaakt van de heerlijke buiten zwembaden en lekker uitgeslapen in de heerlijke bedden. Ook het uitgebreide ontbijt elke dag is een pluspunt, ruime keuze in eten elke dag weer. Patong beach is op loopafstand te bereiken, wel een nadeel is de drukke weg die je dan moet oversteken om er te komen. Maar verder niks te klagen over dit geweldige verblijf, toppie!

This was a very nice stay. I had the villa which was amazing, breakfast was nice and being able to stay in the lounge room was awesome even tho we had to checkout.

The hotel is on a cliff so you better be in shape to walk to your room but the hotel has a shuttle if you are not lol The property is well kept And the staff is wonderful The local beaches around are beautiful especially when the sun sets located directly across the hotel Also Plenty of restaurants across and around the hotel Patong beach is 5-10 min walk and Bangala rd walking street is only 200 TBHT a bit over 5 USD to the. Night life and malls. Overall the hotel is located in a quiet place but not far from all the action

The property was beautiful. Loved the shuttles that pick you up and drop you off if you’re staying at the villas on top. The breakfast was delicious and it’s close to patong beach and about at 20 minute walk to bangla road. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our stay here.

ホテルのスタッフやサービスは最高でした。 日本人スタッフがチェックイン、チェックアウトの手続きしてくれるのでスムーズでした。少し不満に思った所は、ロビーから部屋までの送迎が有料だったとこが嫌でしたね！ チェックインの時に説明してくれてたら納得でしたがそれが無かってチェックアウトの時に追い金だったのが残念です！それ以外は最高でした✨

Location is decent. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Patong beach but it makes up with a more affordable price for a 5 star hotel.

Good location, facilities, and great staff. We were granted a room upgrade, more spacious, that was excellent. But the room was very dark and felt outdated. Only one bottle of water per person, a drinking water dispenser would have been appreciated. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options.

The hotel was great, staff were amazing, there were 2 pool options and amazing breakfast variety. The room was spacious and clean, the only minus is the old school shower facing the toilet with a shower curtain. I would recommend Diamond cliff for anyone wanting to stay out of the hustle and bustle but close enough by tuk tuk if you want to go to the city centre, all over a really pleaseant stay

We go to puket once a year and can say this resort location is great just 2min drive to main street or 10min walk.Just outside hassle of main town in Patong. Nice sea breeze quiet. Top service and would definitely stay there again.
