The villa ideally accommodates 6 to 8 people and features three fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds that can be joined upon request, while the other two have comfortable double beds, all offering breathtaking sea views from the ground floor. In addition, a sofa on the villa's gallery offers sleeping accommodation for two additional guests. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace for lovers of cool winter days, complemented by a dining room with eight seats.

The spacious kitchen and a charming tavern, reminiscent of traditional Dalmatian style, are ideal for preparing delicious local dishes and enjoying fine wines and spirits. The tavern opens onto the courtyard and houses a 48-square-meter pool, which offers year-round enjoyment and is heated on cooler days, accompanied by a glass of fine wine. Surrounded by stone walls and an 80-centimeter hedge, the villa also has three private parking spaces in the courtyard, with an additional three available outdoors if needed. Younger guests will enjoy the extensive children's playground with slides and swings.
