This charming holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house in the idyllic village of Neviđane on the island of Pašman in Northern Dalmatia - just about 50 metres from the sea and the nearest pebble beach. The location is quiet, surrounded by greenery and ideal for all those seeking relaxation, sunshine and clear seawater.



The accommodation offers space for up to five people on around 47 m² and features a separate bedroom with a double and a single bed as well as a living and dining area with a sofa bed. The open living space is bright and friendly and comes with a well-equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery – perfect for those who also like to cook for themselves while on holiday.



From the balcony with a magnificent sea view, you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic – the ideal place to start the day with breakfast in the morning sun or to observe the sunset.



The equipment includes Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning (usage for a fee). Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a private parking space directly at the house. Upon request, pets may also be brought along (for a fee).



The holiday home accommodates a total of four apartments. Guests have access to a garden with barbecue facilities - ideal for cosy evenings outdoors. The landlords live in the same house and are happy to help with any questions while respecting your privacy.



In just a few minutes' walk, you will reach restaurants, a small shop and the town centre. The island of Pašman is known for its untouched nature, clear sea and numerous hiking and cycling routes. Within a radius of a few kilometres, you will find diverse opportunities for swimming, snorkelling, sailing, boat trips or fishing.



Thanks to the bridge to the neighbouring island of Ugljan and the ferry connection to Zadar, Pašman is easily accessible and at the same time far enough away to enjoy the tranquillity and originality of Dalmatia.
