Located 3 km from the city center of Parthenay, in the countryside in the heart of the Gâtine, in Poitou, this accommodation was restored in 2019.

Accommodation created in an old stable, enjoy with family or friends the tranquility of the countryside while benefiting from the services of the nearby city. Gite with all comforts, private terrace, parking nearby.

The accommodation
On the first floor, you have direct access to the living room of nearly 60 m2. This room has an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a play area. A master bedroom (160*190 bed) accessible to people with reduced mobility is equipped with a baby bed. The bathroom has two sinks, a shower, a toilet and a changing table as well as storage shelves. A second toilet is accessible on the first floor.

On the second floor, a master bedroom (140*190 bed), a "children's" bedroom with a bunk bed and a drawer bed for 4 people (adults can also sleep in these beds). On the mezzanine a 160*200 cm sofa bed is available.

Passenger access
You have a private terrace, a playground (swing). We can accompany you to meet our animals, donkeys, geese, ducks, chickens, dogs, cats who have their own spaces. Possibility to walk in the fields surrounding our property.

Other remarks
At your disposal: plaids, pillows, bed pads to protect the mattress in each room. Optionally, it is possible to reserve sheets and towels. Flat rate 20€ per person to be paid on arrival.
