Villa with swimming pool a few km from the sea Selinunte

Immersed in the green countryside of Trapani, Villa Partanna is located on a panoramic hill a few kilometers from the wonderful Bay of Selinunte.
The Villa is surrounded by a large and luxuriant garden with typical Mediterranean plants, an orchard and a vegetable garden, whose seasonal fruits are available to our guests who can delight themselves with the freshly picked products.
The swimming pool in the garden, surrounded by Sicilian greenery, has 4 stations for whirlpool and outdoor shower.
The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is the living area with open plan kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a small living room with TV, a double bedroom, a single bedroom where you can add a cot for children up to 3 years old, a bathroom with tub. We also have a single bed to accommodate a sixth person in the mezzanine on the first floor.
The outdoor area of the villa has a comfortable relaxation area, a covered terrace furnished with table, chairs and chaise longue, from which you can admire the well-kept garden of succulents. There is a large area for organizing unforgettable outdoor lunches and dinners, where there is a built-in kitchen, a comfortable wood-burning oven for preparing grilled meat or fish, and a large table with chairs. Outside there is also an area to park the car and a third bathroom with shower.

Villa Partanna is ideal for families with children, who can play outdoors and breathe the clean and healthy air of the countryside. The location is strategic to combine a relaxing holiday with the opportunity to comfortably explore the many treasures of western Sicily. The house has heating, ideal for spending unforgettable holidays all seasons of the year.
