'The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and happy to help with tour suggestions and recommendations for good places to eat.
Since we often returned late, we frequently saw Felix on the night shift. While everyone was welcoming and helpful, Felix stood out for all the assistance he gave us. He shared great recommendations, local insights, and useful tips that made our stay even better. We really appreciated his help!'
