'Stayed here for a week with kids. Everything was good except for the TV and hot water which was non existent. Hot water stayed hot for less than 3-5 mins then disappeared. They tried to fixed it, but it did not help. Last night it somewhat stayed warm for all 4 to shower. We gave up on the TV as it frustrated. Great property, and staff, but the little things that we went through makes a huge impact. The new cafe that opened up when we arrived, is a must !! Definitely give them a try.'

'The apartment I got was nice, clean and in a good location. The building felt safe and you had to have a fob to enter and use the elevator which made me feel secure. The security was nice and helpful and there was a corner store next to it which came in handy. Ocean view was the way to go. There is a restaurant on the top floor with activities such as ziplining. 'This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working.
