The space

Theapartment is located on the fourth floor of a building from the 1970s with an elevator (stairs required to reach it).



The layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a single sofa bed, dining table, 50-inch smart TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- KITCHEN with an induction cooktop, breakfast table, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, espresso machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY (accessible from the living room and the bedroom) with a small table, two chairs, and a barbecue.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split-system A/C (in the living room and bedroom only), washing machine (in the utility room), iron and ironing board, and clothesline.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Parma Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7



Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, either in person or via self-check-in.

The check-in method, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated to you prior to your arrival.

If you check in late—after 9:00 PM—in person, the following rates will apply:

- From 21:00 - 23:00- 25.00 euros

- From 23:00 - 24:00 - 30.00 euros

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. - 40.00 euros

PARMA STATION: Take bus No. 8 to the “Municipio” stop, then take bus No. 3 to the “V. Emilia Est St Elevata” stop, a 1-minute walk from the apartment. Total travel time: 13 minutes.



IF YOU’RE ARRIVING BY CAR: Central Parking Repubblica paid parking lot, a 4-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can park in the paid blue-line parking spaces (NOT guaranteed).
