'I was disappointed with this La Quinta - have stayed at others before and have usually had a good experience with them. This one definitely could do with some remodeling - bathtub had wear, there were a couple of patched holes in the walls. There was a small, dead cockroach on the edge of the bathroom sink and a second one in the bathroom. We got back late from a show and was showering at 2:00am but found there was no hairdryer. 'Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

'Convenience to the venue for the event we were attending. The bottom of the bed sheet was dirty and not changed. In the second room, there was water on the floor when we went into the room. The staff came immediately and mopped up the water.'

'The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. '

'Room was spacious and more than enough room for 5 of us with use of sofa bed. Staff was super friendly and helpful answering questions et. Huge windows with lovely view made the accommodation seem that much bigger. Breakfast from 6-10am good and outdoor terrace option to eat. We attended graduation at the amica and it was an easy walk (less than 10 min) plus super convenient to lots restaurants etc. very walkable location. Would stay again.'

'My Husband and I stayed here for 2 days while we were in Rhode Island for a surgery. The night of his surgery there was a water leak in our bathroom ceiling. I had to pack up all of our stuff and my husband when he should not have been moving around to switch rooms. We were promised a refund for this night but then after coming back to NY we were denied the refund twice. Extremely poor customer service and to top it off there was night construction outside of our room starting at 10pm that they...

'Clean room, close to the airport'

'1st they cancelled my room and did not call as they said my card declined which when I called Amex said it did not. I was fortunate that my niece was staying here as well so I just stayed with here because they gave my room away. I did not have another option at the moment. The hotel is very rundown wallpaper and paint peeling. Spots on the rug's towels were clean but old and raggy. I'm not even sure how this place was sold out. Also, a one-night stay was $198.00!!!!!'
