PARKING:
You will be assigned 1 parking slot in the resort garage. Vehicle Height Limit is 7ft 2in. Overnight Parking in the gravel overflow lots surrounding the resort is no longer allowed per city ordinance.
The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
We do not allow parties in the Condo.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking inside; you may use the designated areas around the property. Ask front desk for details.
No illegal substances are allowed.
No candles or other open flames.
Remove trash If needed, there are large trash cans next to the elevators and ice machine you can dump trash in.
Visitors are allowed.
If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
