The studio is located on the first level and comes with a queen bed, full pull out bed, amazing fireplace, a smart TV, blackout curtains, a private furnished deck, mini fridge, stove top, all in one microwave/convection oven, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot, plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans.

**LOCATION**
The Prospector Lodge and Conference Center is home to the one of the Sundance Film Festival showings. This condo is in one the best locations in town. Just around the corner from main street, shopping, movie theaters, skiing and more! Only 35 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport! Guests can ride the free bus to Main Street, ski resorts, shopping and dining, or jump on the Rail Trail for some hiking and biking adventures.

**GETTING AROUND**
The Park City free bus service stops outside the property making travel to Main Street, and ski lifts easy. You may want to bring a car to this location but not totally necessary. There are multiple parking lots attached to the property.
