2019 UPDATES: Very excited that our MASTER BATHROOM WAS COMPLETELY REMODELED in October, 2019. Brand new everything & a terrific large, walk in shower now! NEW LENNOX FURNACE AND A/C SYSTEM!! Be cozy or cool during your stay. :) Master bedroom got a re-fresh too... new wallpaper, new lighting and new accessories. New Smart TV & speaker bar added in great room + new pillows were also added to all bedrooms. And our internet/cable provider ran a new cable outside so our wifi speed has really improved.


We are in Old Town, one block down from Park City Mountain Resort. We walk to the lifts when we ski. Or you can walk 50 steps to a bus stop and jump on the free bus to Deer Valley or Canyons Ski Resorts. The bus will also take you 5 min. to Main Street for dining and shopping. Grocery store is also a 5 min. bus trip so it's easy to stock the kitchen and eat in. Our twin home feels more like a private single family home; with all the comforts you are looking for. You have a private back yard to enjoy your hot tub after a day of skiing. Or relax on the balcony off the living room and enjoy the view and our gas grill. There is a small park next to the library (also a short, half block walk) and you'll find some small hills perfect for kids to go sledding. We keep a sled/disc in our garage.

The upstairs has a large OPEN floor plan; the kitchen, dining and living areas form a great room. The dining room table seats 8. Two bedrooms are downstairs with a jack and jill bathroom.

We have a property management service in Park City so if you need any assistance with the home, there is someone available locally to help you 24 hours a day.

Our home is warm and comfortable, well furnished. The kitchen is completely stocked with just about every gadget you'll need. We know you will feel right at home! This is a non-smoking home.
