With three bedrooms and two baths, this house can accommodate eight guests. A prime location in the quaint neighborhood of Norfolk Avenue makes it just a short walk to Historic Main Street and the Town Lift which can carry you away to the Park City Resort hassle free!

The vintage feel of this home has been respectfully preserved with newly restored hardwood floors and the extensive use of rich woodwork throughout the interior. An antique wood burning stove brings a nostalgic touch to the dining room - firewood provided! And, you will also discover modern necessities like stainless steel appliances, all new furnishings, and beautifully appointed bathrooms. A cozy living room with a large LED HD TV makes it a perfect place to get the gang together for movies and popcorn. Beautifully open and warm, with natural wood cabinetry and ceiling, cooking is a pleasure in the fully equipped kitchen. Whether you're creating a memorable meal or a quick bedtime snack, you'll have everything you need.

Unique to the area, a charming yard and garden surround the house and back deck, which features a comfortable seating area where you can take a moment to listen to the quiet rustling of the aspens. After a long day of skiing or biking it's also a great place to throw a lively get together with fellow adventurers.
