'Palazzo Bibbi is wonderful! A boutique hotel with superb new rooms, good breakfast and wonderful staff. The Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi is not too far away - a kilometre-long pedestrian thoroughfare with lovely shops, restaurants and bars to while away the night. The plus for me was the nearby station - not necessarily the loveliest, but a god-send when I had to make a quick get away in the morning. Palazzo Bibbi is a rare gem of luxury - to which I will return in the coming years.'

'This is not a hotel, but a back packer b and b. We were in a 40 ft container with three rooms and an eating area I chose this for the parking that is hard to come by in Reggio. The owner has her property propping up everywhere in Expedia for a 20 mile radius. BEWARE!!! Yes the view from the parking lot was nice, Ac good and clean. There are no restaurants anywhere on top. But the owner ordered delivered pizza. As a platinum member I was decieved. Expedia has to make it a B and B not a hotel'

'The property is set in the heart of the shopping district of Reggio Calabria 5 minutes walk from the beach, in a historical building that can only be described as absolutely stunning. The building is palatial internally and externally with many original features immaculately maintained, with large wooden doors, marble floors and a gorgeous stairway leading from the courtyard to the rooms. There is a large lounge/drawing room where guests can relax with coffee or wine which are available which...

'Het appartement is gelegen vlak bij een plein in een smalle straat waar het moeilijk parkeren is. Er is geen ontbijt in het appartement zelf, je krijgt een voucher voor aan het plein gelegen koffiezaak waar je een broche kan eten en koffie kan bestellen. Het is ons tegengevallen, maar misschien waren onze verwachtingen te hoog. '

'Lovely place. Staff so helpful. The self check im is a breeze they send two codes to open gates an doors easy. Rooms will Seawiews are stunning. Breakfast really nice too. When the tram is running its easy to get to downtown at moment buses do the journey from nearby square, easy wak.Mainland Ferry terminal is very close by, cautioun though if you have a big luggage take a taxi the 60 steps up to the road are a good climb.'

'Charm airport worked out perfectly for us, after returning a rental car at airport in the evening and then heading to the ferry porta for a visit to Sicily the next morning. Check-in could not have been smoother. Staff was professional, kind, and helpful, including the Manager's uncle! Marta really went the extra mile to help us tweak our travel plan, including arranging for a taxi. The vouchers for dinner and breakfast were much appreciated. The dinner spot was exceptional.'

'Really nice room with very friendly owner and a lovely daily breakfast. Room was spacious and clean and all the staff were friendly. Our only concern was the airconditioning which did not cool our room below 28 degrees (although we stayed over in exceptional heat - 40 degrees outside). All in all very good value for money.'

'We had a really wonderful stay in one of the appartments. The appartment was very compleet and comfortable. The bed was fantastic. The location is very central. You can walk easily to the main touristic road. The owner was very kind and more then helpfull to us. We would recommend this to everyone.'

'We were checking out early. Didn’t get to have the breakfast. Everything looked cool once inside. Good area to find restaurant. Be aware - mosquitos do get into the rooms. Plan accordingly if you are someone who gets bit. Ceilings were gorgeous! Staff polite and helped with taxi.'
