'We had a great stay at The Palma Residence. The town was very peaceful. The view was exceptional, and the rooms were clean and well decorated. As a bonus there was a washing machine/dryer. Valeria was a great hostess. No regrets!'

'I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!'
