'Excelente ubicación estábamos solo a minutos de casi todos los funiculares. Todo el staff muy amable y atento. El hotel muy bonito remodelado y muy moderno. Solo que las habitaciones no tienen aire pero con abrir las persianas entra buena ventilación. Muy acogedor nos encantó.'

'Heel goed, super, hotel, heerlijk gegeten (al moet je het personeel wel een keer vertellen dat tussen de gangen door iets meer pauze mag zijn). We were asked to communicate through WhatsApp, but responses were quite slow. Netflix in the room was not working throughout our stay. There is no air conditioning. 'Nice place to stay. Not on the centre and a steep climb to the building. Spacious appartment with large terras. A bit noisy because not every tenant took careof avoiding noise and walking on skishoes in the appartment.'

'My girlfriend and I stayed in the hotel for a week in January 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed it! The hotel has great amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, restaurant, bar, indoor/outdoor parking, ski room) and fantastic staff! The hotel is conveniently located in Val Gardena with easy access by car, shuttle and bus to local ski slopes! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff is superb!
