'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including
a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

Now for the negatives.
1. Didn't have the room I ordered. Had to pay an upgrade and still didn't get the right room. Wanted a room with a full size refrigerator. Got a mini fridge.
2. The TV did not work properly. The channel guide was incorrect and several regular channels did not work.
3. The bathtub wouldn't hold water.
4. The lighting was bad.
5. Overall bad experience. I even left a day early.'

'My stay was as good as it could be. I had a late check in but there was an awesome person behind the counter with a big smile and a welcome greeting that felt genuine.
