Owner with a second villa next door! Be close to the action but away from the crowd at this cozy gated community of 12 private Villas.

Spacious bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa accommodating up to 6 guests.
The villa has a large private terrace, fenced-in with a lovely patio table and lounge chairs. Dine outside under the canopy or enjoy a BBQ on the patio. Our villa faces the pool and is tucked away from the street.
Free wifi, a dishwasher, HD-TV, land line telephone (unlimited calls to US, Canada and the UK) and a safe to store your valuables.
We also own the villa next door, if you have a larger group and would like some additional space.
Pack and Play portable crib provided for a baby if needed. Other Baby/Toddler items also available - ask owner for details.

The bedrooms have comfortable new mattresses and top quality linens.
A large master bedroom with a king-sized bed + a private en-suite bathroom.
A guest bedroom with the option for a king-sized bed or 2 twin-sized beds (let us know your preference) with a private en-suite bathroom.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room, with a queen-sized mattress.

The living room is spacious with a beautiful wooded cathedral ceiling.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and has a Bosch dishwasher.
Central air-conditioning and ceiling fans in every room.

We provide quality linens, large beach towels, beach cooler, beach chairs, one (5 gal.) bottle of water and propane for the BBQ.

There is a welcome binder in the villa with lots of information, including maps, useful telephone numbers, suggestions for activities, and more.

The beach is spectacular! It is the real showcase: white sand and stretching for at least 3 km (1-3/4 mile), with crystal clear turquoise water. We provide 2 beach chairs but you may also rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach.

The villa is a short and easy walk to Cabbage beach. There is a great jogging path along Paradise Island Drive, stretching from the Atlantis Marina to the Ocean Club golf course.

On your way to the beach, you will see a lovely pond (with turtles and fishes), which is also a bird sanctuary.

You won't need a car as everything is in walking distance on Paradise Island, but if you do rent a car to explore New Providence Island, we have 2 private/reserved parking spaces just in front of the villa.

You will be a few steps away from Cabbage beach, a pond, restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store, a local craft market, water sports at the beach, water taxis to Nassau and within walking distance of the world-class Atlantis Resort, with its casino, aquarium (one of the largest in the world), entertainment, water slides, gym, spa, basketball courts and luxury stores.

You will have access to most of the Atlantis facilities, but will need to buy day passes for the water park if you'd like to enjoy the pools and slides.

We will guide you for your groceries (where to go, and how to get there).
You may order your groceries on-line before you travel, and ask to have them delivered to the villa.

If you enjoy scuba diving, you'll be at an incredible spot! There is a fabulous dive centre on the South-West end of New Providence (Stuart Cove). The Company offers a free shuttle service that will pick you up and bring you back to Paradise Island. If you prefer to just snorkel, there are lots of tours operating off Paradise Island and Nassau, which will take you to 2-5 m of water to see a myriad of tropical fishes up close. All the information is included in the welcome binder in the villa.

Suggestions:
After dinner, take a walk to Marina Village at Atlantis, enjoy an ice cream while watching the luxury yachts or go window shopping. Marina Village is very animated at night, with live music.
