Welcome to our apartment in Paracas, on the first floor of the Kite Club condominium, a coastal retreat with beach access and two rooms equipped for up to four people each, 2 bathrooms and 1 laundry. The open concept design in the living room, dining room and terrace offers a spacious and bright atmosphere. The kitchen is fully stocked. Pets allowed.

The space
The apartment has a number of amenities that include:
- A fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your favorite meals, which smoothly connects to the living room and terrace, creating an open and bright space.
- A master bedroom with a queen bed and a double bed, private bathroom with shower, and spacious walk-in closet that provides extra space to store your belongings on an organized basis.
- A second bedroom with a queen bed and a queen bed, next to another bathroom and shower that are shared with the living room. This provides comfort and privacy to guests of the second bedroom.
- In the same hallway as the second bathroom, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, available at any time. This space can also be used to store luggage, which makes it a practical solution to keep the apartment tidy and functional.

Guest access
Guests enjoy exclusive access to Kite Club's shared areas, including two freshwater pools, a beautiful saltwater pool, a gym, and a coworking space.
To keep everyone safe, we're asking guests to share their names and IDs when booking. Please note that access to these facilities is reserved exclusively for guests who have booked the reservation, and people who are not part of the reservation are not allowed in the reservation. Your security and privacy is our top top priority.
