Agriturismo Cutura - Camera Familiare

The fimilare room, complete with kitchenette, is a comfortable
and cozy solution for spending vacations in the Gallipoli area, on a
farm in Parabita.
The room with 4 beds is complete with air conditioning, hair dryer, mini fridge, smart TV, wi-fi internet.
Breakfast is included and is served fresh, every morning, in the breakfast room. Pets allowed.

The
fimilare room located on the second floor of the farmhouse consists of
two rooms. The first room is an eat-in kitchen with direct access to the
terrace. The second room is the bedroom furnished with 1 double bed + 2 single beds. Completes the room 1 bathroom shower.
 
The agritourism Cutura is a
cozy and spacious facility. Guests can use the common spaces in the
large well-kept garden, such as the children`s play area and reserved
parking.
Half-board service is available upon request on site.

Agriturismo
Cutura is located just outside the town of Parabita, along the road
leading to Gallipoli. The center of Parabita with the sanctuary of the
Madonna della Coltura and all services is less than 1 km away.
The beaches of Gallipoli are the closest: Baia Verde, Rivabella, Padula Bianca and Lido Pizzo are all between 10 and 14 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of  bathroom linen, each 3 days.
- Tidying up of accommodation everyday day.
- Breakfast included from 07:30 to 10:00.
- Shared garden.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
