3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool in Central Coral Bay

VILLA ZARA - is conveniently located a short distance from the shops, bars and restaurants of the popular Coral Bay resort and about 10 minutes walk from the soft, sandy beach. The nearest bus stop on the route to Paphos is less than 5 minutes walk. Paphos is about 15 minutes drive to the east and the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula the same distance to the west.

The entrance hall leads to a large living space with comfortable seating for 6 people and a dining suite with seating for six. There is a TV with Premium Channels (details below) and CD/Radio/Cassette player. Wi-Fi is included in the rental rate

Two sets of sliding doors lead out to the terrace where there is a large patio table and six chairs. Steps lead to the garden and 8 x 4 pool which itself has Roman Steps for ease of access, loungers and umbrellas. There is off road parking and a built in barbecue.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is ample cupboard space and a downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs are three well furnished, air conditioned bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is a double with en-suite facilities and a balcony with sea and inland views. There are a further two twin rooms one of which has a balcony and the other has a double aspect to the coast and hills.

The property is serviced on a weekly basis and includes all linen and bathroom towels.

''We were absolutely delighted with the villa and its beautiful grounds. It is immaculately kept, very well maintained both inside and out and extremely well equipped. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and of course we thoroughly enjoyed making the most of the large pool! It truly felt like a home from home.
We were very happy with the location — just a short distance from Coral Bay Strip, conveniently close to Phillipos Supermarket and within easy reach of both Coral Bay and Corallia Beach.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from in Coral Bay, but we especially enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere at Trattoria La Vigna, Corallo Restaurant, Dionysas Bar and Da Vinci Gelato. We also ordered takeaways from Santa Marina Fish & Chips, Sushi Gold (offering Chinese, Indian & Thai dishes), and Kentucky Chicken.
We visited both Coral Bay and Corallia Beach and particularly enjoyed the food and service at the Corallia Beach Bar.

For our car hire, we chose Cy-Breeze Rentals — a company my late father always recommended for their fair prices and excellent customer service — and they did not disappoint. With the car, we were able to enjoy several memorable trips:
• Paphos and the Harbour – lively and full of charm.
• Troodos Mountains – breathtaking scenery, with villages that are unique and full of character. The stunning natural beauty, rich history and warm hospitality make these villages a must-see for anyone wanting to discover the island’s hidden treasures.
• Agios Georgios – beautiful landscapes and fascinating history, plus a lovely little beach bar serving snacks and drinks.
• Latchi and Polis – offering a scenic coastline, boat-filled harbour, family-friendly parks, and peaceful beach walks. There truly was something for everyone.

''Attractive Villa and comfortable inside really a home from home in the sun, good pool, gardens all well maintained, perfect for a good holiday with the sun all-day in the garden pools area. Perfect location for near being 5 min walk to the main area of Coral Bay but quiet in your Villa. Local to Coral Bay - Small friendly traditional bar near villa for fresh food and a chill out drink - Feggari Taverna
Corallo Restaurant (Great Food), good discovery Les Amis restaurant (Great food and brilliant service) and great lunch at Phil's Grill and Bar , near Philippos supermarket all easy walking distance with 10mins.

Other - In Tala for a great evening out Martika's kitchen and Melitzia Taverna with local chill out bars all on same street.

Car Hire and get about the island - try Latchi Beach marina with excellent restaurants, Kathikas village and both winery's Vasilikon great views and food is excellent, Sterna Winery and museum more traditional and great local wine.

''The villa is very well maintained and has everything needed for a villa holiday. The location is great, just off the main strip so no need to get a taxi anywhere. Highly recommended Porto Antico, and Sala Thai restaurants.

Very satisfied with the service from you. All communication was prompt with the agent, but we didn’t see the local manager.

''Villa Zara was outstanding as usual, spotlessly clean and well equipped .

Location of property is excellent, quiet yet within easy access to coral bay strip .We highly recommend Les Amis restaurant and Seriani both on Coral Bay strip. Peggy's secret garden in Peyia and Imperial chinese restaurant in Paphos all are excellent.

The services provided by yourselves were excellent that's why we keep coming back. Property managers Gary and Louise were outstanding as per usual we met them many years ago while in Villa Stella Peyia, super friendly and attentive.

No improvements needed as far as we are concerned.''

''I am happy to say that Village Zara was everything we’d hoped it would be. There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t there. It was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and situated in a fantastic area - far enough away from the hustle and bustle so as to be peaceful but near enough so that everything was just a short walk away. We often ate at Seriani Restaurant which was fantastic and good value for money and used Kikos Bar for drinks and entertainment, but by far the place I can’t wait to go back to was The Sea You Beach Bar just a view stops on the bus from Coral Bay towards Paphos. We spent a magical last night there watching the sunset and would urge anyone visiting the area to go there. From our initial booking to arriving home the team at LetsRentOnline have been fantastic- answering numerous questions always very quickly and were professional and friendly. We only met the owner once as he came to check the pool early one morning (although he must have been more often than that because the pool was sparkling clean) and he was very friendly,asking if there was anything we needed. Needless to say there was not a thing we could have asked for that wasn’t already there. We will absolutely be returning to Cyprus and would love to be at this particular villa again. I am happy for you to use any of my comments however you wish and would only ask that you pass on our thanks and compliments to the owners for making our holiday one to remember. '

''We have had a wonderful holiday in Cyprus, we have been many many times mostly staying in hotels but as with ever increasing costs we looked at villas this time.

Villa Zara is perfectly located in Coral Bay, the villa is very well equipped and comfortable and secure. There are a good selection of restaurants to choose from, we enjoyed Les Amis which has a lovely garden and play area at the rear.

I cannot fault the service from Let’s rent online, so prompt in your replies and emails informative. We only saw Gary once during our stay and he was friendly and helpful. The facilities in the villa are first class, there were five of us however I think the lounge area could benefit from another chair or small sofa

We most probably will visit Cyprus again in the future maybe in Ayia Napa or Protaras and would have no hesitation in booking through Let’s rent online.

11 kilometres (15 minutes drive) to the West of Paphos and 3 kilometres below the friendly and picturesque, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural (European Blue Flag) beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas set apart from one another above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely. In the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing.

Close by the Bay you will find large hotels, banks, shops, mini-markets (for provisions and souvenirs), bars, restaurants and street cafes for casual alfresco meals. There are tavernas and snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay which is open during the day. More tavernas and local shops are just a short drive away.
