'Everything was perfect'

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...

'I do not write this lightly. First impression was watching an employee with an air cast, walking while staring at his phone. Ignored me when I asked him a question and makes me question there safety program. TV was broken and they changed my room. Still couldn't watch tv because the video kept pausing I just don't know. They pretend to have a 5 star facility in a 3 star building.'

'This was one of my better experiences at a hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect! The room and entire property was extremely clean! I will for sure be staying here during all my future San Antonio trips!!'

Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter. At the bar, we waited 45 minutes while being repeatedly overlooked as guests arriving after us were...

'Didn’t spend much time for the hotel was nice and the room was clean. I loved the toiletries selection'
